Celebrating Innovation, Collaboration, and Progress in Specialty Lens Fitting.

Eaglet Eye, the global leader in ocular profilometry, is delighted to announce it has been awarded the prestigious 2025 BCLA Industry Award.

This recognition honors more than a decade of pioneering work by CEO and co-founder Arnoud Snepvangers and the entire Eaglet Eye team, whose commitment to innovation led to the creation of the Eye Surface Profiler (ESP), the first commercially available device to capture full corneo-scleral elevation data. With the ESP, fitting lenses such as scleral, orthoK, GP, hybrid, and custom soft has become more precise, more efficient, and ultimately more successful for patients.

“We are truly honored to receive this recognition from the BCLA,” said Arnoud Snepvangers. “This award is a tribute not only to our team’s dedication, but also to the many researchers, educators, and clinicians around the world who saw the potential of profilometry early on and helped move it forward.”

At Eaglet Eye, we remain deeply committed to advancing specialty lens fitting. This award fuels our drive to continue working hand-in-hand with eye care professionals, researchers, and industry partners to ensure profilometry becomes a global standard of care.
