At the last CES in Vegas, Mojo Vision Inc. revealed a smart contact lens with a tiny built-in display that lets you view augmented reality (AR) images on a screen sitting right in front of your eyeballs. A platform that overlays information on what you see in the real world – without requiring you to wear a huge gadget on your head.

“It’s a rigid, gas-permeable lens” Steve Sinclair says (senior vice president of marketing at Mojo Vision), “it is super comfortable because it sits on the white part of your eye”. Mojo Vision plans to tailor each contact lens to fit the wearer’s eyes.

Clearly, a good fitting of the lens will be key to ensure centration and comfort. The Eye Surface Profiler (ESP) has been selected by Mojo Vision for its unprecedented accurate measurement of the eyes for a perfect fit of the lens. Eaglet Eye is thrilled to contribute to truly ground-breaking lens technology innovations. Mojo Vision is set to rock the AR and contact lens world!
